If you are a new vendor working with Beacon Property Management or you wish to become an Beacon vendor, please fill out the following Mandatory Vendor Set-Up Form along with the form W-9 which you can download from this website. You will need to register at www.BeaconVendors.com. Please follow the instructions therein and complete the entire registration process if you would like to be on our “Approved Vendor List”. It is our policy at Beacon Property Management to only pay vendors that have been set up in our system with these forms and that are properly registered. A properly registered vendor ensures Beacon clients that their vendors are properly insured at all times. If you are currently a vendor with Beacon Property Management, please submit your invoices to webforms@beaconpm.com to expedite payment. All invoices must be sent in PDF format.
